Viral Radar terms
These terms explain the basic rules for using Viral Radar, a service that helps you monitor public Facebook Page posts and turn useful signals into ideas for your own content.
Using Viral Radar
Use Viral Radar lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for the account details you provide, the Pages and services you connect, and the decisions you make from the information the service shows you.
Do not share your password or connected-service credentials. Only monitor Pages and use information you are entitled to access. Viral Radar does not publish content to Facebook or another platform on your behalf.
Plans, trials and payments
Your selected plan, trial period and payment timing are shown before you approve a purchase. PayPal handles payment approval and recurring billing where applicable.
Manage recurring payments through PayPal. For cancellation questions, payment problems or refund requests, contact Support. Any refund decision is subject to the applicable plan terms and law.
Content and results
Viral Radar surfaces information from public sources and may prepare suggestions, hooks or other creative directions. Results can be incomplete or inaccurate, and no particular audience response or business result is guaranteed.
You remain responsible for checking facts, respecting third-party rights and deciding what to create, publish or rely on.
Access and changes
We may limit or suspend access where necessary for security, non-payment, misuse, legal compliance or the protection of the service and its users. We may also change or discontinue features as the product develops.
