PRIVACY
Viral Radar privacy
This notice explains what Viral Radar stores and how that information is used to provide your account, workspace and support.
Information you provide
We may store the account details you provide, including your email address, password information, projects, connected Pages, saved results, Content Packs and messages you send to Support.
Information from connected services
When you choose to collect information from a public Facebook Page, Viral Radar stores the Page and post information needed to show your results and calculate its performance signals. We do not ask for your Facebook password through Viral Radar.
Optional Bright Data and Gemini credentials are encrypted before local storage. Do not include passwords, API keys or other secrets in notes or Support messages.
Payments
PayPal handles payment approval and subscription billing. Viral Radar stores the payment, subscription and webhook references needed to confirm access, show billing status and resolve support questions. We do not store your PayPal password.
Public homepage measurement
When you visit the public homepage, we may set a first-party cookie containing a random browser identifier. It helps us remember which homepage version you saw and count homepage visits, returning browsers, confirmed trial activations and first successful payments. If you start an account, the version may be associated with that account to report those outcomes. We do not store IP addresses for this report. Logged-in Owner/admin traffic and recognized bots or link previews are excluded where practical. Counts are approximate: clearing cookies or using another browser or device may cause repeat counting.
Advertising measurement
We use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure page visits, trial activations and successful payments so we can understand how our advertising performs. Matching with Meta may use browser and ad identifiers and hashed contact information, such as your email address.
For questions about our use of advertising data or privacy, contact admin@autopilotcontentengine.com.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure Viral Radar, operate your workspace, process access and billing events, respond to Support requests, and maintain the service. Viral Radar does not publish content to social platforms on your behalf.
Retention and questions
Account information and saved work may be retained while your account is active or access is paused, and some payment records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons. To ask a privacy question or request an account review, contact admin@autopilotcontentengine.com.
